Prof. Joyce J. Agalo is a Professor of Education and an Instructional Designer with over 25 years’ experience in academic, research, and supervision of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a B.Ed. from Kenyatta University, an M. Lib. (Media Technology) from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, United Kingdom and a Ph.D. (Educational Communication and Technology) from Moi University, having undertaken part of her research at the FerUniversitat in Hagen, Germany.
She is also a graduate of the Management of Higher Education Institutes programme from Galilee International Management Institute in Israel and the International Women’s University (ifu). Hamburg, Germany.

The Division of Research Innovation and Linkages is headed by Prof. Stanley Makindi, assisted by the Registrar, Prof. David Mulwa. The division comprises of the directorate of research innovation and technology, IGU’s Unit, Innovation Unit, ILO office, and the Library.

The Division of Administration, Planning and Finance is headed by Prof. (CPA) Florence S. Memba assisted by the Registrar, AP, Dr. Humphrey R. Omondi.
Division of Academic and Student Affairs
The Division of Academic and Student Affairs is headed by Prof. James Muola and assisted by the Ag. Registrar-Academic and Student Affairs, Patrick Okemba. The division comprises of 6 Schools, the office of the Dean of Students, Directorate of Quality Assurance, and Students Association.
