Machakos University proudly hosted the Freedom 250 Celebration , joining the United States of America in marking 250 years of Independence and Excellence. A landmark event that brought together distinguished guests, staff and students.
In her keynote address, the Vice‑Chancellor Prof. Joyce J. Agalo emphasized the University’s vision of Co‑creating Sustainable Futures, highlighting education as the bridge between heritage and progress. She underscored the importance of empowering students to be agents of change, ambassadors of unity, and champions of excellence.
